Where is Ace Jackalope? (episode 1)
Ace is wearing an important visual clue. Remember to hit "refresh" if this picture does not show up the first time.
The first person to supply the correct answer, via comment or email (I'll settle for the city) gets a free limited edition congratulatory signed message from me, good for forewarding your friends so they can question how you spent your valuable weekend free time.
Phyllis Renée is the winner; she correctly recognized Cincinnati as the home of the Flying Pig Marathon, as implied in Ace's pin. One of Cincinnati's nicknames is "Porkopolis", and if you watched the 1970s TV show, WKRP in Cincinnati, you may remember Les Nessman mentioning the city as "hog butcher to the world."
For a full account of Ace's location, see Cincinnati Union Terminal.

Cincinnati. Home of the Flying Pig Marathon.
*Ding, ding, ding* We have a winner! Yes, Phyllis Renee is correct; that's Cincinnati, which, as Les Nessman would tell you, is "hog butcher to the world." One of Cincinnati's nicknames is "Porkopolis", according to the nice girl who sold us the pin. Ace sports his place-specific souvenir while posing in Cincinnati Union Terminal, of which the other pin (not as well seen) is representative.
