I have it on good authority that the photographer was driving as he was taking the picture. Perhaps *his* licence should be revoked. He was carrying precious cargo: Ace.
I always ask a 'well-meaning-but-verbal' passenger in my car if they have a back-seat drivers license. Most have told me "No" and I simply tell them to shut up. I suppose if someone was actually able to produce one like this nice lady did, I would have to pay attention to them...
