Based on your clue and photo is Ace visiting Two Guns, AZ (off I-40 exit 230)?
I visited last year, but did not walk the area, since McJerry (in Jerry McClanhan's EZ66 Guide) said this was now private property. Were these ruins close to the "Apache Death Cave" or another part of the property (if the location is correct)?
Yes, Lisa T., that is Two Guns, Arizona. I do believe Ace is at the entrance to the Apache Death cave, unless there's more than one cave on the property.
I really thought someone would guess this one sooner, especially with Ace carrying *two guns* (which were purchased at another Route 66 place, the Totem Pole Trading Post in Rolla, Mo).
From his base in Hutchinson, Kansas, Ace Jackalope ventures forth - sometimes to foreign lands and sometimes to his own backyard - in order to drink in the wonders of the world around us.

Is he in Tombstone?
Nope; not Tombstone...but good guess.
